About the Charitable Foundation "Way Home" |
Odessa Charitable Fund "The Way Home" was founded in 1996 (officially registered in 1998). The purpose of the fund - to provide comprehensive medical and psychological rehabilitation and social adaptation of the adult homeless, street children and drug users.
The organization is currently implementing an extensive action on three fronts: prevention of HIV / AIDS and drug addiction on harm reduction, prevention of child homelessness and rehabilitation of street children, as well as providing social and medical services and rehabilitation of homeless adults.
Öbf "The Way Home" has deserved authority at the local, national and international levels. Initiative, the organization supports the United Nations Foundation, UNICEF, European Union, International HIV / AIDS in Ukraine, Elton John, The World Children's Fund, Queen of Sweden "World Childhood Foundation", "The Rufford Maurice Laing Foundation" and others. Öbf "The Way Home" is also a member of the Ukrainian Harm Reduction Association.
Currently, three departments Öbf "The Way Home" runs several dozen qualified professionals. Many of them have a unique experience, are the trainers and experts of international level.
Annually Öbf "The Way Home" visit the high-ranking officials of national and world politics, sports and show business. The organization and it raises questions have attracted the attention of domestic and foreign press. |
