The Way Home” works to protect the rights and lives of street children in Odessa

This Child Here has a mission to guide and encourage street children toward a life with a family, in a shelter, or orphanage, and to provide these children with the love, encouragement, life skills, and motivation to lead healthy emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual lives.

International Network of Street Papers (INSP) supports street paper projects worldwide to create employment for homeless people. The network connects over 100 street papers in some 40 countries and supports new projects in the developing world. Through the network, street paper members receive advice, training, consultancy and access to funding, and benefit from sharing resources, experiences and mentoring.

Connect Plus e.V was set up in April 2001 by a group of social workers, physicians, psycholo-gists, educationalists and others actively involved in the AIDS-Hilfe movement in Ger-many.
The main aim of this social organization is to make the competence and experience accumu-lated by governmental and non-governmental organizations (such as HIV-positive networks, clinics, AIDS centres) working in the sphere of HIV/AIDS in Germany available to the countries of Eastern Europe. In recent years the focus of Connect Plus’ work has been on Ukraine.
