Over years “Way Home” Foundation provides assistance to children and teenagers who are in difficult life circumstances, implementing programs for social rehabilitation and adaptation. We provide social, medical and juridical assistance. In social hostel of shelter “Large Family” children and adolescents are not only provided with dwelling, food, shoes, clothes and hygiene kites, but also the opportunity to attend school, secondary and higher education. In addition to it, our pupils and everyone can absolutely for free visit dance classes, football sections, school of journalism, cinematography classes, pottery and jewelry workshops, sewing classes and handmade lessons. Regularly excursions, trips, visits to museums, theaters, circus and dolphinarium – are organized. Of course, we also take care about health of pupils, realizing their support to hospitals. We provide services and do not ask anything in return, highest appreciation for us is successful implementation and integration of our pupils into independent life.

Independent support of whole entire mechanism of Foundation work is enough difficult, so we are always look for partners who can contribute their impact for those who are in need. For people and organizations that have expressed their desire to help, we offer to provide services – in the way that they can.

OCF “Way Home” for many years is a leader of labour market of social services of Odessa and oblast’ in of field social services, we always try to make our financial activities as transparent as possible, so that no one would have any questions concerning issues of impropriate  expenses of the Foundation. We always welcome every guest that comes to our centers – if a person is really interested in our activities; he/she can visit us and see how our centers work and may take part in whole working process with children and internally displaced persons. A lot of volunteers from all around the world come to participate in center activities, and we always admit them in our Foundation, giving them the opportunity to implement their knowledge. By the way, third part of our employees – are pupils that have grown in the Foundation that at some day have found themselves in difficult life situations. Due to our jointly efforts, they were able to overcome personal problems, to change their lives, to get education and make their own family. They returned to “Way Home”, but already as employees who are engaged with resolving difficult process of rehabilitation of children and adolescents.

We do not stand on street corners in aim to collect money – it is suspicious behavior that makes bad view to people and organizations that they represent, begging from passers-by with words “please give, few hryvna for treatment.”

Sense of responsibility is inherited exclusively to people with high spiritual sense and for our children such persons are a great example to follow. Before, unselfishness and benefactor was normal principals of behavior, and now these qualities, can define a great man. Only through our joint efforts, we can achieve significant results in education and development of children. Do not stay aloof from problems of others, do not stay indifferent. Around us a lot of different problems in life, but if you avoid them, closing own eyes, then it will remain in same place. Do not stay indifferent, do not put it on shoulders of others. Only you, and again you can solve it. First of all you should begin from yourself.
