Please support us in making the last step towards the opening of the Odysseus Summer Сamp for the children of the Foundation this year!

The team of the Way Home Odessa Charity Foundation had been working hard for the last three years. We have build the two-floors building (600 sq meters) in Pokrovske village at the Kinburn Spit. The house has everything needed in the 9 living-rooms, dining room and a hall for events and learning.

Upto 120 children living in difficult life situation will be able to live here in a free camp, strengthen their health, rest, breath clear air and enjoy swimming in the Black sea. The special activities’ and support programs will help these children to relief stress and attain socially important skills for better living.

For the successful work of the camp the Fund has an experienced team – great specialists for the work with the children. As well as we have a transport to transfer the children.

Still, in order for the camp (the first camp in Ukraine for this type of children) to open this year, we need to improve the territory around the house. For this purpose we need to invest 280 thousand hrivna, that we wish to collect asap.

The free summer camp for the children of poor and crisis families is being organized by the Foundation for already many years, but unfortunately, the rented places are becoming very expensive and – the most important thing – they are not always suitable for the special children, the clients of the Fund.

The summer is very close and we really want to make the children’s dreams about happy holidays at the sea come true. We especially need your support of our healthcare camp for the children in these times of COVID-19 pandemics!
