Let’s present the children Christmas holidays!

The “Way Home” Foundation is planning to prepare Christmas presents to more then 500 children from the poor and crisis families. New year gifts are planned to be collected in frames of the annual Charity Marathon “Lets Present the Holiday” which will take place on November 29 – December 25, 2017.

During the New Year Eve we are planning to create the real holiday for the children from the poor families, IDP families and children living in the “Way Home” shelter – aged 3-16 years old. The “Way Home” Charity Fund is calling all the people from the area to reply to it’s wish to bring a holiday spirit to the lives of the children living in difficult life circumstances.

The «Way Home» is planning to collect over 500 gifts to these children.

Help us doing this can anyone, who wishes to participate in the marathon – one can just pick up the photo of a child from the New Year tree and read the present the child wishes to have for Christmas.

«Each year more and more children start waiting for the presents from the Fund. This year apart from the Fund children, we will prepare presents to Zhovten internat», – Olga Alexeyeva, the organizer of the marathon, said.

The first marathon tree with the photos of the children is installed at the reproduction health center “Lada”, the long-term partner of the “Way Home” The chief doctor of the hospital, Alla Kaleyeva:”It’s not the first time that we participate in the marathon and we are glad to be a part of it. The tree that was installed also says about the trust that we receive from the “Way Home”, and we will try to involve as many people as we can into the New Year marathon this year”.

It is also interesting, that more and more people from the other regions of the country start participating in the charity marathon. Last year over 30 presents came to us from the other regions. «Last year we have received over 30 presents by post – people got interested in the charity marathon information, posted on our facebook page. They could chose the virtually the child and make him a present.», – Olga Alexeyeva said.
